Makoma House was founded by Maggie Komes, which was initially conceived as an online venture, Makoma House took an unexpected turn when Maggie's Aunt, Abby Komes (our CFO & store designer) presented her with the opportunity of a perf building, sparking the transformation into a physical storefront.
With her family's unwavering support and involvement, what began as a dream soon became a reality.
